"The thing that makes your program different from other gyms? VARIETY. The workouts do not get mind-numbingly boring as I have experienced all others to be, because they are different every time. Another different thing - RESULTS. Quick and dramatic ones...and - no injuries. I find it to be much easier on the joints(in fact, all of mine are much stronger and more injury resistant now, I believe) than the boot camp I did, for instance, and my back doesn't hurt at all any more (unless I do something dumb in gymnastics, but I'm pretty sure that isn't your fault.)”
